About the Role
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a positive first impression.
Present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, paying attention to presentation and quality.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area to create a pleasant ambiance for guests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
•Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience and maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred, but we also welcome individuals with a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and create a positive atmosphere.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including familiarity with wine and cocktail offerings.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
